Appsibly is the data controller. This notice explains what data we process and why, in line with the GDPR.
What we process
Account data (email, name), brand profiles and prompts, generated content, access tokens for connected social accounts (encrypted), operational and payment data, and usage logs.
Why we process it
To provide the service (contract), for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest), to meet legal obligations, and - with consent only - for analytics.
Processors
We use carefully chosen providers: hosting (OVH), email (Resend), text generation (OpenRouter), payments (a payment gateway) and social APIs (Meta). We share only what is necessary.
Retention
We keep data for the life of your account. After deletion we remove or anonymize it, except data we must keep by law (e.g. invoices).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object. You can export and delete your account directly in settings.
Security
We protect access with transport encryption (TLS), hash passwords, and store social tokens encrypted.
